Grounded & Connected: Mama+Baby Bodywork Session
The fourth trimester is a sacred time of transition and connection. Our Grounded and Connected: Mama+Baby Bodywork Session is a nurturing experience designed to support both mothers and their babies as they adjust to life together outside the womb.
This session focuses on grounding and restoring balance in the postpartum body while fostering a deep sense of connection between you and your baby.
For moms, Dr. Loni provides gentle craniosacral fascial therapy to address common postpartum concerns such as tension, fatigue, and promote nervous system regulation helping to ease your body into recovery.
For babies, Dr. Claire provides soothing bodywork techniques including massage and fascial release to support their natural movement patterns, ease discomfort, and promote relaxation.
Together, you and your baby will share a calming and healing space, guided by touch and movement to enhance bonding and mutual well-being. This session invites you to feel grounded in your body, balanced in your energy, and deeply connected to your little one.

Dr. Claire is the owner of Latch and Bloom Infant Therapy, where she specializes in infant feeding, development, and lactation. Dr. Claire combines gentle manual therapy (bodywork) techniques specialized for infants including: infant massage, myofascial release, and total motion release.
Dr. Loni, PT, DPT, PCES, CFT:
Dr. Loni is the owner of Essentials Pelvic Therapy and Wellness, where she combines her expertise in pelvic floor physical therapy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery to support women and families. She specializes in fertility optimization and offers craniosacral fascial therapy to enhance overall wellness.
